Start the day right – Do Tai Chi!
Tai Chi is a low impact exercise based on an ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi provides muscle tone, balance and mental stimulus.
The instructor, Rob Metcalf, has practiced Tai Chi for over 25 years, and studied under Master Alex Dong and Grandmaster, Zhen Chen Dong.
$100 – Pay by cheque at the first class of the session. Cheques should be payable to Fairlawn Avenue United Church.
Date and Time
The Tai Chi classes at Fairlawn run on Monday afternoons at 3:15 pm through the fall, winter and spring.
Next session starts Monday, September 10th.
The courses will be in the gym at Fairlawn Avenue United Church. Enter the building by the glass doors at sidewalk level, then downstairs and to the left.
