Join Letter Writers: Homelessness

Thursday, May. 14, 2020 until Jun. 28, 2020
All Day

During a recent Coffee-time Chat, we discussed what would happen to people who had been living on the street, or in shelters, and have been temporarily moved to hotels during the pandemic. Some of us agreed to write letters about this issue, and now we have become the Fairlawn Letter Writers.

If you’d like to join us in writing to your local, provincial, and federal politicians, or the local newspapers, but aren’t sure what to say, please check below for some sample letters that you can tailor with your style and message. Fairlawn’s commitment to Embrace Action is alive and well, and your voice can be heard, too! We’ve also provided the contact information, so you can mail or email your letter.

Contact us if you need help.
