Start the day right – Do Tai Chi!
Tai Chi is a low impact exercise based on an ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi provides muscle tone, balance and mental stimulus.
The instructor, Rob Metcalf, has practiced Tai Chi for over 25 years, and studied under Master Alex Dong and Grandmaster, Zhen Chen Dong.
$100 for 10 sessions – Pay by cheque at the first class of the session.

The Tai Chi classes at Fairlawn run on Monday afternoons at 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm.
No prior experience necessary!
The courses will be in the gym at Fairlawn Avenue United Church. Enter the building by the glass doors at sidewalk level, then downstairs and to the left.
