Join us to donate to Fairlawn’s Annual Holiday Gift Drive for the Red Door Family Shelter. You can make a difference in the lives of the children and families staying there this holiday season.

Last year, we took two full car-loads of gifts from the community and congregants to the shelter. This year, given the pandemic, Red Door has requested gift cards as well children’s toys and some winter outdoor wear for all ages. So, you can:

Drop toys (not books) for ages 6 – 12 and hats, scarves, mitts, and socks for all ages at Fairlawn (28 Fairlawn Avenue) in the Christmas bin between our west doors, on:

• Tuesday, December 1, from 10 – 11 a.m.
• Friday, December 4, from 1 – 2 p.m.
• Monday, December 7, from 9 – 10 a.m.
• Thursday, December 10, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Donate (tax receiptable) here, noting it’s for Red Door. Fairlawn will use the donations to buy gift cards for the families.

The Red Door Family Shelter is one of Fairlawn’s valued community partners. Fairlawn’s Embrace Action Fund supports its Homework and After School programs and donated to assist the shelter with its COVID needs this spring.
