DESCRIPTION:“Making Sweet Things Happen” for Camp Scugog ~ Camp Scugog Sunday and CraftShack \nThis Sunday\, May 3 is Camp Scugog Sunday at Fairlawn! Please come to hear from a first-time camper who went to Camp Scugog last summer thanks to the generosity of Fairlawners just like you! You can also purchase some “sweet things” from the “Making Sweet Things Happen” Baking and Craft Sale during Coffee Hour. There will be delicious baking\, Kathryn Cullen’s beautiful cards and hand-made soaps\, Derek Wishart’s homemade candles as well as some special Mother’s Day Brunch bundles. \nWe invite you to join us Sunday mornings at 10:30am for a meaningful time of worship and community. The service are delivered by Rev. Jean Ward; Rev. Nigel Weaver; Eleanor Daley\, Director of Music; and the Fairlawn Senior Choir. \nAfter the service\, please stay and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at our Coffee Hour\, supported by volunteers from our community of faith\, for a welcoming time to connect with friends\, greet visitors\, and share in meaningful conversation. \nIf you have any questions\, please reach out to churchoffice@fairlawnavenueunited.ca and we’ll be happy to assist.
