DESCRIPTION:April 2026 Book Sale Wrap and Thank you! 								\n				\n				\n				\n									April 23-25 was the place to be for Fairlawn’s 63rd annual book sale! We welcomed well over 800 enthusiastic book lovers who were supported by more than 100 hard-working volunteers. It was a real community affair! Strangers recommending books to one another\, old friends meeting unexpectedly\, children skipping to the Children’s Book Room.  So many return customers and lots of first-time shoppers. Sharon\, Tom and I are indebted to the Fairlawn community and to those members of our local community who stepped up in a big way to help put this together. In these challenging times\, it is heartwarming to see how a group of people working toward a common goal can make wonderful things happen!  Thank you to our volunteers and to our shoppers! – Kathy\, Tom and Sharon
