DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, September 18\, 2024\, Fairlawners and friends were honoured to participate in the protest to support Grassy Narrows.  Learn more about Grassy Narrows and what you can do to help. 								\n				\n				\n				\n																														\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n							\n			\n						\n		\n						\n				\n				\n				\n									On September 18\, 2024 at 12:00pm we invite you to walk with Grassy Narrows youth and community members to show that we are with them on their path to achieve mercury justice and freedom! The walk will begin at Grange Park (Behind OCAD and the AGO). Grassy Narrows people are powerful leaders in the movement for Indigenous sovereignty and environmental justice. They have shown that together we can fight for justice against all odds and make real gains. But so much is still needed to right the wrong of mercury poisoning in Grassy Narrows.
