Book Sale
Fairlawn’s 63rd Annual Book Sale returns April 23 – 24 – 25, 2026. The sale provides many opportunities to volunteer and meet others in the community, as well as get great bargains on thousands of gently used books, DVDs, CDs and records.

Connection, conversation, and community—returning in a new way
The Tuesday Lunch Crowd has long been a valued space for connection, conversation, and shared curiosity. TLC met online on the second Tuesday of each month, offering our Fairlawn Community of Faith and guests a chance to gather, discuss engaging topics, and stay connected with one another.
The Tuesday Lunch Crowd is currently on hiatus as we work alongside our Experience Belonging Ministry to thoughtfully reimagine this gathering.
What’s Next
We are excited to be developing a monthly, on-site series for seniors, designed to bring people together in person for meaningful conversation, laughter, and learning. These gatherings will continue the spirit of the Tuesday Lunch Crowd—welcoming, inclusive, and engaging—while creating new opportunities to connect face-to-face.
Topics will be interesting, accessible, and fun, shaped around shared experiences, curiosity, and community. Whether you’re a longtime participant or new to the group, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
