Listening and Learning: Seeking Your Input

As a community of faith, we want to hear and listen carefully to each other as we discern our future together. We want to know whether we agree with this proposed starting point, what questions we have, and what we want to know before we vote on a refreshed Community of Faith Profile in early 2027. This will provide the necessary foundation to begin a ministerial search, and your input will help guide next steps.

Please thoughtfully consider the following:

  1. Are the key assumptions above the right place to start? Why or why not?
  2. What else should we, as a congregation, keep in mind as we begin reviewing our Community of Faith Profile?
  3. What questions do we have and what do we need to better understand as we update the Community of Faith Profile?

To share your thoughts on the above questions, please send your comments to ac.de1789753717tinue1789753717uneva1789753717nwalr1789753717iaf@k1789753717cabde1789753717ef1789753717 by October 15, 2026.

Input gathered by October 15 will be compiled into common themes that will be reviewed in special congregational meetings following worship on November 1 and 15. The meetings are intended to share information, answer questions, foster discussion, and ensure we are aligned on a way forward.
