Anishnawbe Health Toronto Mobile Units bring pandemic-related nursing services to Indigenous persons on the street and in shelters.

On June 17, this unit of extremely hard-working professionals won the Alliance for Healthier Communities’ Transformative Change Award. The award recognizes leaders, innovators, collaborators and health champions who have been working to create the best possible health and well-being for people and communities facing barriers in Ontario. The awards video features Jane Harrison who spoke during our Truth & Reconciliation service in April.
