Fairlawn Meeting and Program Checklist

Checklist to support volunteers to book Fairlawn group meetings, programs and events

Please note that at this time, we are only scheduling Fairlawn meetings, programs and events for Winter 2024 starting Monday, January 8, Sunday through Thursday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

As we reopened the building with limitations, we continue to take into consideration our limited staff resources, including cleaning support. These factors mean that volunteers will need to take on more responsibility to support meetings and events.

If you are planning a Fairlawn group meeting or organizing an event, either online or in-person, we have put together planning checklists to help you determine if the meetings or events can go ahead and if so, what, if any, adjustments need to be made to accommodate the volunteers, participants and building limitations.

Bookings for community partner tenants/rental space remain suspended and are to be determined at a later date.

Please review with the Purpose Council lead(s), complete and submit the checklist online. You will then be contacted by Church Admin. Joanne Christie and once confirmed that the request can be accommodated, bookings will be secured and the process will continue for set up, volunteers, etc.

  • Please note: For recurring meetings or programs, this form need only be completed once, unless the public health situation changes and impacts building access, staff and/or volunteer resources.
    Please note: If Hybrid online & in-person, a volunteer will be required to support the online component. A training session before the meeting date can be scheduled.
