April 27 is Earth Day Sunday for Fairlawn, and it is "Unplugged Sunday". We will use as little electricity as possible. There will be no screens, coffee or tea, only cold drinks. We encourage you to use as little energy as you can that day. Carpool, bike, walk or take the TTC to church. Cook your Sunday meals on Saturday. Be creative while we are mindful on the Sunday of Creation Care.
Prayer Shawl Ministry The Prayer Shawl Ministry knitters meet monthly offsite from September to June to knit and chat. Prayer shawls are offered to Fairlawn members, family and friends in need of support and comfort, or to celebrate a special occasion. The knitters work on their own time on these cozy, warm shawls that serve as a tangible reminder that we are not alone. Please contact Jan Schlee at ac.de1793920875tinue1793920875uneva1793920875nwalr1793920875iaf@l1793920875wahsr1793920875eyarp1793920875 if you would like to participate in this Ministry or if you know of someone who would appreciate receiving a shawl.
